When will my order ship?
Your cookies are baked fresh to order and usually ship out within 2 business days. We like to take the time to make sure every batch is as perfect (and delicious) as it should be before it heads your way. We only ship Monday-Thursday.

Why We Ship Monday–Thursday (Never Fridays!)

We keep things simple: we only ship Monday–Thursday and we only use 2-day shipping. Why? Because freshness is the whole point — and your cookies deserve to arrive soft, happy, and ready to make your day.

By shipping earlier in the week with fast delivery, your GoodyGram treats go straight from our oven to your doorstep without spending their weekend stuck in a UPS warehouse. No long pauses, no flavor fade, no sad-cookie energy.

Are the cookies baked fresh?
Always. We don’t keep cookies sitting around — each batch is baked just for you, so your order arrives soft, flavorful, and ready to enjoy.

How should I reheat my cookies?
To bring back that fresh-from-the-oven magic, simply unwrap your cookie and pop it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Warm, gooey perfection in no time.

Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and peanuts. While we do our best to prevent cross-contact, we recommend caution if you have severe allergies.

Can I send cookies as a gift?
Absolutely. GoodyGram was created for thoughtful gifting, so you can include a personalized message and have your order shipped directly to the lucky recipient.

Do you ship cookie trays?
Cookie trays are currently available for local delivery only. Because they’re best enjoyed fresh, we don’t ship trays at this time due to the size. But don’t worry — our boxed cookies ship perfectly and taste just as amazing!

Local delivery is available in select areas of Northeast Ohio. If you’re nearby, you can check availability at checkout or reach out to us directly to confirm. We love getting cookies to local customers who want that straight-from-the-oven experience.
